Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions govern the sale of all products by National Checkstand Company. By purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Product Testing and Warranty Claims: All motors are bench-tested to verify operation prior to shipping, making Dead on Arrival (DOA) motors highly unlikely. In the rare event a motor is DOA due to shipping damage, warranty claims require detailed photographs of the shipping box and all sides of the motor for consideration.
Wiring Instructions: Each motor includes a wiring diagram specific to its configuration. It is the responsibility of the technician to understand the supply-side wiring to ensure proper connection. National Checkstand Company cannot provide guidance beyond the provided wiring diagram.
Warranty Terms: Approved warranty claims do not cover freight charges. The one-year warranty period begins on the date of shipment.
Motor Specifications: Customers must carefully measure the barrel of the motor to be replaced to ensure the correct motor is ordered. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all motors are 5-wire configurations (Red, Blue, Yellow, Black, and Green). 5-wire configurations are compatible with legacy 4-wire systems.
Shipping: All motors are shipped via UPS Ground unless a special request is made at the time of order. Motors are dispatched within 2-4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are listed on the checkout page. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
Returns and Refunds: Non-defective motors may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15% may apply. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order, including motor specifications and shipping details. National Checkstand Company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Limitation of Liability: National Checkstand Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These conditions are governed by the laws of Arizona, United Stated of America. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our products shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
